things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully
inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with
your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased on our Web site by mail. Pending inspection, a
refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions
on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to:

At Ribbon Fair, Inc., every item in our collection is carefully inspected before
leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your
purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect,
please contact us at 866-288-2697 within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise
will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
